Get on the path to a great career!
In order to enroll in the Arkansas Career Pathways program, you must qualify to receive benefits. Basic eligibility requirements incude the following:
- You must be an adult caretaker, parent or relative of a child under the age of 21 who lives within the home.
- You must be receiving Transitional Employment Assistance (TEA) now, or have received TEA in the Past.
- You must be receiving food stamps, Medicaid or ARKids.
- You must have annual family income below 250% of the federal poverty level (about $46,325 annually for a family of 3.)
Applications for Career Pathways are accepted annually during the first full week of June. Application packets are available in the Career Pathways office in the Charlotte Phelps building during the last two weeks of May. Students who apply will be notified of the results of their applications after August 1st.
Students on TEA or pursuing a GED may apply throughout the year.
