National Park College (NPC) Alumni and Friends Association (AFA) is proud to award the AFA Legacy Scholarship to dependents of our alumni. The scholarship will be awarded each year in the amount of $1,000 with $500 dispersed in the fall and $500 dispersed in the spring.
Eligibility Requirements
Biological or adoptive parent, legal guardian, or grandparent is an alumni of QTI, GCCC, NPCC, or NPC.
Preference will be given to students entering into their second year of coursework.
Enrolled full-time (12 hours).
Selection will be based on need and academics. Information used to determine recipient:
Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) as defined by NPC. Preference will be given to students with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Completed FAFSA demonstrates financial need.
Submission of one letter of recommendation from biological or adoptive parent, legal guardian, or grandparent who is an alumni of QTI, GCCC, NPCC, or NPC.
Submission of brief (one page) personal essay of how attending National Park College is helping you meet your career goal.

Lifetime Membership in the AFA provides funding to the AFA Legacy Scholarship.
NPC License Plates purchased at the Arkansas Department of Motor Vehicles and all renewals of the plate provides $25 each instance to the AFA Legacy Scholarship.
