Paul Lowe is Program director of the Department of Respiratory Care, where he has
been since June 2015. He comes from LSU School of Allied Health Professions in Shreveport,
LA, where he was an instructor in the Cardiopulmonary Science Program and the Director
of Clinical Education at Bossier Parish Community College in Bossier City, LA. He
received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at Louisiana
Tech University in 1983, a B.S. in Cardiopulmonary Science at Louisiana State University
School of Allied Health Professions in Shreveport in 2007, and a M.P.H. in Public
Health at Louisiana State University Shreveport.
