Bill Ritter

Bill Ritter was born and raised in Hot Springs and has 16 years of dedication to education in our area. Bill has a bachelor’s degree in music education and master’s degree in public school administration from Henderson State University. After 13 years working in public schools, Bill came to NPC Adult Education in the fall of 2013. He became director on July 1, 2015 and has orchestrated the establishing of classes in the new Garland County Detention Center, an Alternatives to Incarceration program with the Garland County District Court, our program’s move into a new facility, and establishing a center in the HSSD Jones School Administration Building. Bill is the current Chair of the Arkansas Adult Education and Literacy Council Advisory Committee, and the president of the Arkansas Association Administrators of Adult Education.

Pat Longinotti

Pat Longinotti attended Texas Woman’s University and graduated with a BS degree in Elementary Education from Arkansas Tech University. She holds a MSE degree in Elementary Administration from Henderson State University and received Adult Education Certification from the University of Arkansas. After teaching for many years in the Hot Springs School District, Pat transitioned to Adult Education in 1999. She currently teaches at Arkansas Career Training Institute (formerly Hot Springs Rehabilitation Center) in the Adult Basic Education Program. Pat enjoys working with students at all grade levels, but is primarily responsible for GED and WAGE students.

A.A. Garland County Community College, Hot Springs B.S.E University of Arkansas, Fayetteville M.S.E University of Arkansas, Fayetteville Claudia is a native of Hot Springs, Arkansas, and is a graduate of Lakeside High School. She began her career in the Community and Corporate Training Department at National Park College in 1998. Claudia has worked as the Administrative Specialist in the Adult Education Department since 2003. She currently serves on the Professional Development Committee and the Staff Senate. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education and her Master of Science in Education from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.

Hannah Lammers

Hannah Lammers started working for National Park College in July of 2015 as a paraprofessional in the Adult Education Department. In November of 2015 she started full-time as the Department’s Fiscal Support Specialist. Before starting at National Park College she worked at Navigator Property Maintenance as the Executive Administrative Assistant for a year and a half. Hannah graduated from National Park College in May of 2010 with an Associate of Arts Degree. She then transferred to Henderson State University where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management in May of 2012 and her Master of Business Administration in May of 2013.

I graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a BA in Psychology and continued my education at the University of Arkansas, where I received my M.Ed in Adult Education. I spent 15 years working as a teacher and Administrator in the Job Corps Program, prior to moving in to a Public Affairs Specialist position with the US Forest Service. I retired from the US Forest Service in 2013. I have been at National Park College since 2013 where I am an Adult Education Instructor. I am a 'worker bee' and my primary hobby is volunteering for the American Red Cross, United Way of Garland County, Leadership Hot Springs Partnership with Youth, the Webb Community Center, and other organizations in the community.
